15. Miscellaneous

From time to time, Fyli.ai may invite you to try, at no charge, products or services that are in beta or pre-release stages ("Beta Services"). You may accept or decline any such trial in your sole discretion. Beta Services are provided "as-is" without any warranties, and they may be subject to additional terms.

17. Feedback

We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, either party may bring formal proceedings.
Arbitration Agreement: For any dispute you have with Fyli.ai, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. If Fyli.ai has not been able to resolve the dispute with you informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms by binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under the Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes then in effect for the AAA, except as provided herein.
